I have always been quite competitive; I was born in a country where sports like cricket and rugby are a religion, South Africa. I also happen to like talking to anyone and everyone I can. Naturally, recruitment was a perfect fit, speaking with people from all over the world, from different backgrounds and trying to understand each and everyone’s personal ambition and needs. 

Having joined Andy late 2016 to help build GEO20, the journey has been exciting thus far. There have been many challenges along the way, but the success stories far outweigh any struggles. Growing a team and developing individual careers have been the most rewarding parts of the job. GEO20 has become a second home where we all enjoy spending our time and encourage the perfect mix of competition and support.

Outside of work, I still like to play cricket and rugby and refuse to let age take hold of my naturally athletic body, although I think this is a complete denial. Gym, the outdoors, D.I.Y, steaks on the BBQ, Liverpool F.C and beer are a few of my other passions. My children and family are the only thing that come before GEO20 and the success of our team.  

I love my job and get a great sense of reward from helping companies make the right hiring decisions. I also like to help ambitious people find their perfect positions. Native mobile engineering found me at the start, and it has stuck with me ever since. Android and iOS engineers building mobile applications are my bread and butter.
