We are a niche technology recruitment firm, established in 2016 and located in South Croydon (zone 5). So not in the heart of the heavy commuting but just a 20-minute train journey away. We are also beginning to look at expanding our international presence and are interested in people who could possibly relocate to Berlin or the US; so a fantastic opportunity for career progression and do some travelling.

Training:

You will receive full training going through our “Train to Gain” programme with our Director's who have over 30 years’ combined experience and have trained 100s of Recruitment Consultants. We are passionate about recruitment and the niche technical skills we work in are driving change in the world which shows no signs of slowing down. We also partner with Social Talent and The Recruitment Network to provide a mix of digital and offsite training throughout your progression.

Progression:

GEO20 is a meritocratic environment, so your progression is based on what YOU achieve and not how long you have been at the company. The progression is clearly outlined from the start, from Trainee to Consultant to Principal to Director.
