We are looking for a strong and inventive Deep Learning Engineer to join the California office of an industry leading, level 4  autonomous vehicle AI software company. Working on building a real-time perception, tracking and prediction system, employing cutting-edge deep learning and computer vision methods. This is an opportunity for a position in the autonomous driving industry with real-world experience in deploying deep learning-based architecture, on-site in California.

Skills Required:

• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or similar
• Minimum 3 years deep learning research and application hands-on experience
• Minimum 3 years programming experience (Python/C++ or any high-level language)
• Well informed on deep learning field developments
• B.Sc. level probability theory, linear algebra, geometry and trigonometry

Responsibilities:

• Vision-based road perception algorithms research, development & integration 
• Oversee, develop complex data pipelines including data collection to annotation and generation
• Integrate with C++ based autonomous vehicle software
• Test and finetune developed algorithms and models off-site at the company's autonomous test vehicle
• Devise and measure performance metrics

Advantageous:

• Familiar with Computer Vision and the AV field
• PyTorch experience 
• Viewable body of projects (e.g. github repository, portfolio, etc.)
